Operation and use of multi-column self-cleaning filter
The LFDZF series of multi-column self-cleaning filters produced and developed by Lifeierte are composed of a housing, filter elements, backwash rotating mechanism, differential pressure controller and electronic control parts. The filter element adopts high-strength Johnson wedge-shaped filter mesh or metal woven mesh filter element, and the filter element is automatically cleaned through pressure difference control and timing control. When impurities in the filter accumulate on the inner surface of the filter element and cause the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value (such as: 1kgf/cm2), or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism. When the backwash suction cup port is directly opposite to the filter element inlet, the drain valve is opened, and the system discharges pressure at this time, and a negative pressure zone appears on the inside of the suction cup and the filter element whose relative pressure is lower than the water pressure on the outside of the filter element (backwash pressure difference value) (Controlled at 3~4 times of the filter pressure difference), forcing part of the net circulating water from the outside of the filter element to flow into the inside of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element follow the water flow into the disc and are discharged from the drain valve.

Operation and use of multi-column self-cleaning filter:
After the power of the filter electric control cabinet is turned on, the system enters different working states according to the position of the manual/automatic selection switch. According to the actual needs of production, the filter system has the following two operating conditions:
1. Automatic self-cleaning at regular intervals
When the manual/auto selection switch is turned to the automatic position, the filter is controlled to start according to the set time.
The automatic cleaning interval is from 1 minute to one hour (set according to the actual debugging situation), open the drain valve, the time interval can be adjusted, and the opening time can be adjusted each time. The filter is automatically cleaned and a status signal is output. When the flushing set time is in place, close the drain valve and the cleaning work is over
2. Manual cleaning
When the manual/automatic selection switch is turned to the manual position, manual manual cleaning is started. Press the open button, the filter enters the manual cleaning state. Press the blowdown valve open button to start blowdown, and then the system will switch to manual filtration state. The manual cleaning time is determined according to the filtrate, and the pressure difference returns to normal after cleaning. Press the stop button of the drain valve to end manual cleaning.
