The printing and dyeing textile industry has certain requirements for water. In the north or some areas, hard water will affect product quality. The hardness of water is mainly formed by calcium and magnesium. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to use softened water equipment to treat it. .
The equipment uses cation exchange resin to replace calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions in the water. When the resin absorbs a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, it must be regenerated. The regeneration process is to rinse with salt water in the salt box. In the resin layer, the calcium and magnesium ions on the resin are replaced again and discharged out of the tank with the regenerated waste liquid. At this time, the resin resumes its softening and exchange function. In this process, by removing the calcium and magnesium ions in the water, the water hardness is reduced, and the product produced is guaranteed to be bright in color and soft in texture.

Resin: Strong acid cation exchange resin is selected, which has low damage rate, uniform particle size, and improves ion exchange rate;
