The filter cloth is easily damaged when it encounters hard impurities. When the filter cloth is damaged, It will lead to a decrease in the filtering effect of the bag filter, resulting in turbidity of the filtrate. The second reason is that the number of filter holes in the filter cloth is too small, and the smaller the filter holes, the larger the filter holes, so the lower the filtration efficiency, the filtrate will appear turbid. Generally speaking, as long as the right filter bag is selected and the correct pressure is applied, the liquid will not appear turbid after filtration.

The third question, how often change the filter bag?
There are pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet pipes of the bag filter. Replace the filter bag according to the value displayed by the pressure gauge. Generally, the pressure difference that the filter bag can withstand is about 0.5~1kg/cm2. When the pressure difference reaches this range, The filter bag should be replaced in time to prevent the filter bag from rupturing, affecting the filtering effect and avoiding greater losses.
