Shallow sand filter sewage treatment station case

Design:

The customer's site is a sewage tank with poor water quality and high impurity content. Although single-stage fine filtration can meet the water discharge requirements, the filter is easily clogged, resulting in frequent manual repairs and high later maintenance costs; directly use a shallow sand filter to filter out Suspended solids, high filtration rate, coarse filtration and incoming water turbidity affect the filtration effect.

Water sample analysis:

LEFILTER Technicians went to the site to select the pipeline layout and installation location, took quantitative water samples, used filter paper to filter through pressureless penetration, dried and weighed the water, and conducted experimental analysis on the water samples and found that the SS content in the water was ≥100 mg/L.

Client feedback:

The first-level online shallow sand filter plays the role of coarse filtration. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, online

backwashing can be realized. Under the protection of the first-level coarse filtration, the second-level fine filtration can extend the service

life and maintenance cycle of the internal filter element. Save labor and consumable costs.

The shallow sand filter discharge pipe is re-discharged into the sewage pool to realize water recycling.

The shallow sand filter has online backwashing, automatic control, liberating manpower, fine filtration, secondary protection, and real-time

alarm. There will be no sewage entering the clean water pool, causing secondary pollution.
