The printing, dyeing and textile industry has certain requirements for water use. In northern or local areas, 

hard water will affect product quality. Water hardness is mainly formed by calcium and magnesium.

To solve this problem, softened water equipment needs to be used to treat it. 

Softened water equipment structure：

Resin: Use strong acidic cation exchange resin with low breakage rate and uniform particle size 

to increase the ion exchange rate;

Control valve: The valve body material is strong, lightweight and corrosion-resistant;

Anti-corrosion tank: The tank is made of fiberglass (carbon steel or stainless steel tanks can be selected),

the tank is anti-corrosion,pressure-resistant, and has a long service life;

Uniform water distribution system: using jet water distribution.
