Project implementation background
In September 2020, China proposed a new goal to address climate change: "strive to achieve carbon peak before 2030 and achieve carbon
neutrality before 2060."
Energy conservation and environmental protection have become my country's basic national policies. We vigorously promote centralized heating
and waste heat utilization, continue to promote clean heating transformation, expand the scope of central heating, and implement gas-to-coal,
electricity-to-coal, heat-to-coal, and centralized generation in accordance with local conditions. clean heating methods such as materials to
promote the sustainable development of urban central heating.
Project Overview:
This project is to recover waste heat from the carbon plant to provide centralized heating for cities and towns.
The return water of the heating pipe network is first heated by the condenser, then heated by the peak heater in the factory, and then supplied
to the outside through the municipal heating pipe network. However, the urban heating heat pipe network system is huge, the pipelines are
complex, and the quality of the heating return water is poor. It has dropped significantly, and even sediment and other debris appear, causing
damage to heating equipment and blockage of heat exchangers, seriously affecting heating safety. Therefore, filters are installed on the main
pipeline and each branch pipeline to purify the quality of hot water supply.
