Fiber ball filters are hydrophilic and non-stick to oil. When exposed to water, a large number of water molecules will gather on the surface of

the fiber filaments, forming a water film on the surface, which acts as a good isolation layer between oil and fiber balls.

Through backwashing, the oil on the surface of the fiber ball can be cleaned, which has renewable properties.

Working principle of fiber ball filter:

Suspended solids will accumulate on the surface of the medium and form filter cakes through bridging, filtration and other processes, improvingthe accuracy of filtration. At the same time, the pores of the filter material will also be reduced, increasing the resistance to filtration.

When the resistance increases to a certain level, the bridging relationship will be impacted by subsequent suspended particles and then 

destroyed. New larger suspended particles will replace the destroyed bridging relationship and continue to filter the suspended matter in the 

oily sewage.
