Application of self-cleaning filter in heating system of carbon plant

Project Overview:

This project is to recover waste heat from the carbon plant to provide centralized heating for cities and towns.

The return water of the heating pipe network is first heated by the condenser, then heated by the peak heater in the factory,

and then supplied to the outside through the municipal heating pipe network. However, the urban heating heat pipe network system is huge,

the pipelines are complex, and the quality of the heating return water is poor. It has dropped significantly, and even sediment and other debris

appear, causing damage to heating equipment and blockage of heat exchangers, seriously affecting heating safety. Therefore, filters are installed

on the main pipeline and each branch pipeline to purify the quality of hot water supply.

Application of self-cleaning filters in heating pipelines：

The self-cleaning filter has a PLC remote control program that provides real-time feedback on the operation of the equipment. It is linked to 

the pipe network for automatic monitoring and automatic flushing and sewage discharge, which greatly improves work efficiency, reduces 

labor costs, and improves the reliability and safety of the pipe network and equipment operations.
