Manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene resin via high-temperature one-piece melt-blown thermal fusion process, no chemical adhesive is added during production, ensuring fiber integration, zero shedding and no secondary water contamination. The exclusive ultra-open gradient density structure (loose outer layer, dense inner layer) achieves true depth filtration rather than superficial blocking. Compared with 50μm, 20μm and fine-grade filter elements, the 100μm model focuses on extreme flow rate and heavy dirt holding capacity, perfectly adapting to the worst raw water quality with massive coarse impurities. Working Principle 

PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge 100 Micron 40 Inch adopts classic outside-in gradient depth filtration mechanism suitable for harsh water conditions. When high-turbidity raw water flows through the filter cartridge, oversized impurities such as gravel, large rust pieces and bulky suspended solids are trapped by the ultra-loose outer fiber layer. Medium flocculent impurities are captured in the middle transition fiber zone. All solid particles above 100μm are deeply intercepted by the inner compact fiber layer. The multi-layer progressive filtration distributes contaminants evenly throughout the entire filter body, avoiding local blockage and pressure surge. This structural design maintains stable ultra-high flow operation for a long time, greatly reducing filter replacement frequency and system maintenance costs.
