Introduction to duplex filter: Duplex filter, also known as parallel double switching filter (hereinafter referred to as duplex filter), is composed of two single-cylinder filters and a full-bore three-way ball valve. It has a simple structure and is easy to use.
During the working process, when the filter element of the single cylinder filter is clogged to a certain extent and needs to be cleaned or replaced, the main engine must be stopped to replace the filter element, which not only wastes time but also cannot meet the continuous work needs of the main engine. The filter effectively solves this shortcoming of the single cylinder filter.

The duplex filter has a novel and reasonable structure, good sealing performance, strong flow capacity, small chance of side leakage of the filter element, can accurately guarantee the filtration accuracy, and can quickly replace the filter element, online cleaning and replacement without stopping, basically no material consumption during the filtration process, greatly reducing labor costs.
Structural principle of duplex filter: stainless steel filter mesh and filter mesh support basket are installed in the filter cartridge of the duplex filter, and an air release valve is installed on the top to discharge the air in the filter; the connection between the upper cover and the filter cartridge adopts a quick-open structure , It is more convenient to clean and replace the filter screen. The inlet and outlet valves are opened and closed by three-way ball valves, which are pressure and temperature resistant.
