The automatic self-cleaning filter is a precision equipment that uses a filter to directly intercept impurities in the water to purify the water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. Due to intelligence (PLC, PAC ) Design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition, and automatically discharge the sewage to the sewage valve signal.
The water to be treated enters the body through the water inlet, and the impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel mold mesh, resulting in a pressure difference. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is monitored by the pressure difference switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller will signal the control valve and drive the motor to trigger the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element, and the control valve opens to proceed. Drain, the entire cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is over, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and the next filtration process begins.
